After her tragic accident when she lost her left hind leg, she was adopted and taken to live in Boise, Idaho. In Boise the little three paw dog experienced all four seasons of the year especially the winter months. This is the story that she would tell if she could talk about her experiences during the four seasons and meeting a snowman.

One day Mrs. Jones, a first grade teacher at the school, invited Minnie to visit her class. This is the story of her school visit, if she could talk.

Finding the Joys in
Your Life

During my lifetime, I have been fortunate to experience many joys from childhood to retirement and to witness many examples of ordinary people finding joy in their lives. My hope is that by chronicling joyful activities the readers will either reinforce the joy that they are experiencing in their lives or find additional ways to discover needed joy. The anecdotes in this book all have something in common; joy however gained is usually based on sharing a kindness. True joy is not selfish. They, also, demonstrate that personal joyfulness can leave our world better because we were in it. Cherish the joys in your life.
